About Our Business
Partners Marco Rojas and Carlos Cervantes, both with deep food industry knowledge,
experience, and accomplishments, opened Fresco Deli in February 2006. The goal was simple;
to create a successful retail food business that provides the convenience of a delicatessen,
combined with a creative and friendly casual restaurant setting. We offer catering to today's
busy family and local businesses. Fresco goes the extra mile in all they provide by creating
fresh food every single day.
Fresco will expand it's offerings starting October 20 2006, introducing a Mexican restaurant
"Fresco De Noche" to the community. It will be housed in Fresco Deli. Fresco De Noche will
serve nightly Monday-Saturday, with full table service. Our menu will reflect the taste of
Mexico. Owner and Executive Chef Marco Rojas is from Guadalajara and will showcase his
heritage and the cuisine from his childhood by creating authentic Mexican fare such as
Homemade Tamales, Fresh tortillas, Chicken Mole, Flan and much more..check out our menu
